The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) through this market testing exercise is looking for supplier(s) who can deliver access to learning and development opportunities to support and collaborate with the in-house team of HR professionals (The People Team).

The purpose of this Soft Market Testing Exercise is to gain a better understanding of what solutions are available in the market that could be viable in meeting FSCS’s objective to regularise and improve access arrangements to a range of learning and development interventions and related services, as well as to support FSCS in development of a fit for purpose specification.

The Market Sounding Briefing Document provided in the procurement exercise pack outlines the 4 strands to FSCS Learning and Development roadmap and a range of training principles applied across FSCS to ensure and support compliance with essential learning plans, continuing professional development (CPD), essential training required for specific roles.
