two.1.4) Short description

Please be advised that we are abandoning this tender procedure.

Following ongoing reviews of strategy relating to master planning of the wider Broad Marsh site it has been decided to extend the geographic area which is the subject of this procurement process. This is to ensure we have a cohesive site wide masterplan delivered by one single master planning consultant.

Details of the extended area and the scope of works required are being considered and the current procurement process will be aborted and a new process instigated as soon as possible. We hope to have the revised tender documents issued in approximately 2/3 weeks.

It is anticipated that the Supplier Questionnaire process will be very similar to the original process and so work done to date by consultants should be applicable to the new process.
