The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council are responsible for commissioning the provision of a Disagreement Resolution Service & Mediation for local residents. The service will be in line with the requirements of the Children and Families Act 2014, The Special Educational Needs and Disability Regulations 2014 and the SEN and Disability Code of Practice: 0 to 25 years 2015, an independent Disagreement Resolution and Mediation Service (the “Service”) is required for parents/carers of children with SEND (until their child is 18 years of age) and young people with SEND (beyond compulsory school age and up to the age of 25 years) in the Bradford district.

The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council are responsible for commissioning the provision of a Mediation & Disagreement Resolution Service for local residents. The Council is looking to go out to the market to procure a SEND Disagreement Resolution Service & Mediation in 2025. This pre-procurement information event wants to engage with providers of SEND Disagreement Resolution & Mediation Services, to primarily inform them on the Council’s plan’s to procure said services. This will event will take place on 3rd September 2024 at 10.am.

The Market Engagement Event will be a virtual event and will be facilitated through Microsoft Teams. Interested providers will need to express their interest, through responding to the advert on the YORtender system. Providers will need to register their organisation’s details on the platform before being to able to access. To confirm your attendance please send via the YORtender e-Procurement system messaging portal. Please respond to this by Monday 2nd September 5.pm. A link to the MS Teams meeting will be sent to you, via the YORtender messaging portal, once your confirmation of attendance has been received.
