ScotRail invites prospective suppliers to participate in this procurement process for the delivery of a hosted and fully managed service providing a reliable body worn camera estate which will support public facing employees during daily operations across the SRT network. It will involve a supported rollout of BWC to cover existing sites (c50) in a phase 1 plan with an option to extend the service where there is future increased demand. The initial focus will be on replacing the existing estate (c300 devices), with an aspiration to ultimately have a camera available to every customer-facing employee which is an estimate of c1200 across multiple sites
