The North Western Universities Purchasing Consortium (NWUPC) is a not for profit organisation owned by its Full members consisting of 24 Universities. Our mission is to deliver value through responsible procurement. NWUPC are conducting market engagement for the renewal of a framework agreement for Cleaning Equipment for NWUPC Members and other participating regional consortia- APUC, HEPCW, LUPC, NEUPC, SUPC and CPC. The current Framework Agreement for Cleaning Equipment (JAN3075 NW) expires in February 2023 and will be retendered as part of a Cleaning Solutions (JAN3148 NW) Framework.

The current Framework Agreement has covered Purchasing and Maintenance of Cleaning Equipment including:

Carpet Extractors/ Upholstery cleaners,

Floor Burnishers/ Single Disc Machines,

Vacuums,
