The University of Dundee (UoD) has a requirement for a single Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) solution, scalable for use across all Schools. The University will consider on-premise and cloud solutions to meet this requirement. The contract will be for a maximum period of ten years from commencement.
This is a prequalification stage for a multi-stage restricted tender process which includes a 6 month ‘Test and Learn’ phase. See attached additional documentation for details.

Initial ‘Test and Learn’ phase Contract(s) will be effective for a maximum term of 6 months. The Initial Contract Term following final tender submissions, shall be 24 months plus optional 12 month extensions on each contract anniversary thereafter, up to a maximum of 10 years in total.
