The University of Dundee (UoD) has a requirement for a single Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) solution, scalable for use across all Schools. The University will be considering on-premise solutions only and will be contracting for a maximum period of ten years from commencement.

This is a prequalification stage for a multi-stage restricted tender process which includes a 6 month ‘Test and Learn’ phase. See attached additional documentation for details.

The University of Dundee (UoD) has a requirement for a single Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) solution, scalable for use across all Schools. The University will be considering on-premise solutions only and will be contracting for a maximum period of ten years from commencement.

This is a multi-stage restricted tender process which includes a 6 month ‘Test and Learn’ phase prior to final tender submissions being invited from shortlisted bidders.

Initial ‘Test and Learn’ phase Contract(s) will be effective for a maximum term of 6 months. The Test and Learn phase will be a fixed price. No contract extensions will be applied to the Test and Learn phase. The Contract shall automatically terminate at the end of the Test and Learn phase. A maximum of 4 Test and Learn phase contracts will be awarded.
