Maldon District Council are seeking a contractor to provide cleansing and ancillary services associated with our nine (9) public conveniences and five (5) other Council facilities. 1.2The services will cover cleansing of relevant facilities at specified frequencies, opening and closing (locking and unlocking) of specified sites, and the provision of an attendant at Promenade Park during specified periods.

Maldon District Council are seeking a contractor to provide cleansing and ancillary services associated with our nine (9) public conveniences and five (5) other Council facilities for a five-year fixed term contract with the option of a further extensions up to a maximum of an additional five (5) years. The services will cover cleansing of relevant facilities at specified frequencies, opening and closing (locking and unlocking) of specified sites, and the provision of an attendant at Promenade Park during specified periods.
