Torfaen CBC is commissioning a provider to deliver a support Service at the scheme and is seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified Service Providers with sufficient resources to deliver the requirements of the Council in accordance with the Invitation to Tender, contract information and Form of Agreement, all availale on Proactis
