The Intended Contract will end on 28.09.29 with the option to extend for two periods of 12 months. The intention following on from this 8 working day standstill process, will be to award a contract to the successful bidder, following on a competitive process under The Health Care Services (Provider

Selection Regime -PSR) Regulations 2023. The approximate life value of the contract will be £1,212,582 , this follows on from a decision made by City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council. The successful provider met the relevant thresholds for the published criteria under the PSR Key Criteria

The Council will incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the award of the

contract is communicated to tenderers. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of

8 working days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision

before the contract is entered into. The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules.
