Our intention is to award the contract to the existing provider following PSR Direct Award process C.
The estimated lifetime value of the contract is £1,586,000 for the period from August 2024 for 1year with an option to extend for a further period of 1 year.

A service and provider assessment framework has been completed. An assessment was undertaken looking at key criteria; Quality and Innovation; Value; Integration Collaboration and Service Sustainability; Improving Access, Reducing Health Inequalities and Facilitating Choice; Social Value. The framework assessment used highlighted how the current provider is meeting each of these objectives. Current provider shows high level performance against service specification and agreed KPI’s which are used to evaluate performance.
Decision made by the Executive Team on the 13th June 2024, as part of IS paper which went to the cabinet meeting for official sign off. The approval from the cabinet was received.
