two.1.4) Short description

The London Borough of Camden is seeking to award contracts for the provision of five services which form part of the Adult Pathway.

The Adult Pathway comprises 643 beds (537 delivered by six external providers and 106 by the in-house service) across 15 accommodation-based services (hostels and supported housing), plus an intensive floating support service for 72 ex-Pathway clients living in their own independent accommodation

The procurement consists of 5 Lots:

Lot 1 - Domestic Violence and Abuse (Refuge)

Lot 2 – 88 Arlington Road (flats and hostels)

Lot 3 – Shared Houses

Lot 4 – Camden Housing First

Lot 5 – Women Recovery (specialist support for women with multiple disadvantage)

These services come under Chapter 3, Section 7 (Social and Other Specific Services) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Under Regulation 76 the Council may determine the procedure to be applied in connection with the award of the Contracts.

Intensive housing related floating support for 72 men and women who are ex- Adult Pathway residents living in their own accommodation in London.

Please also note that the full capacity of 72 units from 1st January 2025 will be dependant on external funding from the Government’s Rough Sleepers Accommodation Programme continuing. If funding is not available for 72 units from 1st January 2025 the capacity will reduce to 50 units with a maximum annual contract value of no more than £525,000. The Tenderer awarded the contract will be notified of any decrease in capacity and funding once known. The contract will subsequently be varied in accordance with the provisions set out in the terms and conditions of the contract to reflect the reductions in capacity and contract value.
