Supplier is the chosen 'pension act appointed lawyer' by the Trustee for several years, they have a solid knowledge of the pension scheme and its rules. They have partners at different levels and depending on the advice required, a suitable partner is appointed for the particular project and because of their knowledge of the scheme this direct award gives excellent value for money.
