NHS Borders is seeking the appointment of a Principal Contractor to carry out alterations within Borders General Hospital, Melrose, to form Forensic Examination Suite consisting of various rooms including Waiting Areas, Entrance Lobby, Forensic Examination Room, Consulting Room, Office, DSR, Shower Room, Accessible WC and Store Rooms.

Overall area of approx. 250m2

Part of the works area remains within live environment of the Borders General Hospital therefore suitable measure must be implemented to ensure compliance with HAI-SCRIBE Requirements.
