This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is for a Small Works Framework Agreement and is issued by Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult (https://ore.catapult.org.uk/about/) and shall cover the requirements of ORE Catapult and its Trading Subsidiaries at ORE Catapult site in Blyth, Northumberland only.

This PIN is for market research purposes only to determine the level of interest and will not be used to reduce timescales in the future procurement process

The Small Works Framework Agreement will be divided into the following Lots:

Lot 1 – Small Construction Work

Lot 2 – Plumbing & Heating

Lot 3 – Electrical

Lot 4 – Plastering

Lot 5 – Painting & Decorating

Lot 6 - Joinery

Lot 7 – Steelwork & Ironmongery

Tenderers can apply for one Lot, a combination of Lots or all Lots. No volume or value of work is guaranteed from any Lot within this Framework Agreement. However, based on historical spend, the potential value, for the total four (4) year duration of this Framework Agreement, could be in the region of £2,500,000. Interested parties are to note that there will be a cap of £100K applied to any individual contracts awarded from any Lot within this Framework. Any requirement(s) above this amount will be tendered as a separate requirement.

Tenderers are to be aware that funding for any contract awarded from any Lot within this Framework Agreement may be provided by ERDF, Innovate UK & other private sector sources
