Description
TfL requires a modern Traffic Order Management and Enforcement system (TOME) to replace TOMS and METROS that provides an improved user experience and can support the creation, management, and enforcement of D-TROs across the Transport for London Road Network ("TLRN") with the ability to integrate with existing TfL systems for data exchange.
