The CLC is the leading platform for care leavers to access employment opportunities at the forefront of industry and other support to help them live independently. Covenant signatories, now approaching 400, include world famous national employers which are providing life-changing opportunities through high quality jobs and other pledges of support. The CLC platform is becoming the unique place for care leavers to go to access a wide range of support beyond what local authorities might provide.

The Care Leaver Covenant (CLC) was launched in October 2018. It was designed to recognise that while local authorities have statutory duties for supporting care leavers, there is a role for wider society too.
