Bracknell Forest Council are looking to enhance the Supported Living provision for an ageing population of people with Learning Disabilities. Part of this consideration in cludes the development of a proposal to build a 20-bed Supported Living shared housing service. In order to inform our service model and building design we would like to draw on the knowledge and expertise of the market to build a sustainable and viable service model. We ask that you review the information pack and complete the questionnaire. Feedback we receive will be used to inform the service development.
