This is the application process to offer the Skills and Employment Pathway under Lot 1A for those with Learning Disability and/or Autism (PWLDA). The procurement creates the foundation to support three distinct pathways which have specific and focused outcomes for adults with learning disabilities and/or autism. The Skills and Employment Pathway has been designed to identify people’s ambitions and aspiration and support them to achieve. Bidders should note this is a framework agreement and hence there is no guarantee of the volume of work that will be awarded to you.Lot 1 of this framework was opened in May 2023 and is for the provision of Life Opportunities to Adults with Learning Disability and/or Autism (PWLDA). If you wish to apply to deliver Skills and Employment Services under Lot1A, it is a requirement that you are also on Lot 1 Life Opportunities to PWLDA. If you are already on Lot 1 you do not need to re-apply.Application to Lot 1A and Lot 1 is included in this pack.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

This is the application to Lot 1A of this Framework Agreement and will be open for new applications. Norfolk County Council wished to procure an open framework with a range of different providers delivering life opportunities in Norfolk. The framework will be for 5 years from May 2023, with the option to extend for up to a further 5 years subject to agreement of Norfolk County Council with the service providers. The Council is subject to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and will be carrying out this procurement in accordance with the Light Touch Regime which applies to social services.
