ESPO Framework 628_19 Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5 was identified as a suitable route to market to directly engage with the current supplier, ADT, to ensure continuity of contractual coverage. This was in light of recent upgrades to the Genesys system and other technical factors/protocols to allow co-terminus expiry of the contractual cover to align with the expiration of warranty on those upgraded systems. The requirement will be re-tendered for the entire Access Control requirement in due course.

ESPO Framework 628_19 Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5 was identified as a suitable route to market to directly engage with the current supplier, ADT, to ensure continuity of contractual coverage. This was in light of recent upgrades to the Genesys system and other technical factors/protocols to allow co-terminus expiry of the contractual cover to align with the expiration of warranty on those upgraded systems to support and enable operational business continuity. The requirement will be re-tendered for the entire Access Control requirement in due course.
