Thames Valley Police is looking for a solution for the collection, storage, asset recording & management and sale of items, equipment and materials that have been confiscated or recovered from persons during police operations across, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes. As each confiscation varies a successful contractor would need to provide all or only varies parts of the service. Collection could be from a police site or a person’s site depending upon size and value. Storage would need to be secure and in some circumstances an unidentifiable location. Asset Management may include registering of assets in a database (excel format).Sales would include marketing and promoting the items to maximize sale value. Realised values back to TVP less deductions for contractor fees. In line with regulatory requirements.

two.2.14) Additional information

TVP will conduct interviews with interested contractors via conference calls on the dates given. Questions will be issued to contractors the week before interviews take place to allow time for preparation.
