This provision seeks to facilitate, enable, support and fund a range of community based health and care activities that help residents of the London Borough of Bromley to live healthy, active and independent lives. This will include being supported to access self care and manage any risks to healthy living and avoiding the need for long term health and social care service for as long as possible.

The London Borough of Bromley is inviting tenders for the provision of a Primary and Secondary Intervention Service for residents who live in the borough.

Section six. Complementary information

six.3) Additional information

Evaluation of the tender will be based on the CIPFA standing guide and in full compliance with EU directives, the Council's Contract Procedure Rules and stated criteria.

Evaluation of criteria for quality issues will also include the operation of minimum score thresholds. If a proposal receives a score below the required threshold then the bid may not be considered further. The minimum acceptable score is a requirement to obtain at least half of the available point in any particular area. An indicative use of this model can be downloaded from the Council's website.

The Council may make use of the contract for further negotiated arrangements to the extent permissible and in compliance with the relevant procurement regulations. Perspective contractors are advised that the documents issued at this time in conjunction with the 'Find a Tender' notice maybe supplemented and/or amended as provided for in Regulation 53 (6) for the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
