North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is working for and on behalf of NHS Bradford District & Craven Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) (the Commissioner) who intend to undertake a procurement process for provision a Crisis alternative support service in communities within the Bradford and Craven area.

The CCG wish to restrict the competition to only invite providers from the Bradford Mental Health Provider Forum. The Strategic Partnering Agreement (SPA) is signed by all partners to deliver the vision of "Happy, Healthy at Home" across Bradford, District and Craven.

A bidder event has been scheduled for 7 October 2021, 12.30 – 14.00 for those members of the Bradford Mental Health Provider Forum only.

A bidder event has been scheduled for 7 October 2021, 12.30 – 14.00 for those members of the Bradford Mental Health Provider Forum only. Further details about the contract and service requirements will be provided, as well as providing the opportunity to ask any questions. An overview of the procurement process will also be provided. This event will be held online using the platform Zoom.

For those unable to attend, the presentations and questions, including responses from the event will be shared with all those members of the Bradford Mental Health Provider Forum who have registered for the opportunity on InTend.

To register for this event please access the Bidder Event via InTend (NECS396 Crisis Service Bidder Event) and complete the online registration to allow a link to be sent out ahead of the event. You must register no later than 5pm on 5 October 2021.

The event will be held online so there are no limits to the number of individuals that can register from an organisation.

Any future procurement for a Crisis Service will incorporate the UK Governments new Social Value Model.
