North Warwickshire & South Leicestershire College & The Midland Academies Trust are looking to tender for their Fire & Intruder Systems Servicing, Maintenance & Monitoring requirements. This contract will be split into lots and therefore may be awarded to more than one Contractor. Please note, due to the legal set up of the relationship between the College and Trust, the successful supplier(s) will be required to enter into separate contracts for both the College and the Trust regardless of which lot(s) is/are awarded.

Each lot will be evaluated individually and the College & Trust will confirm at the beginning of the Standstill period, if they will be awarding the fire and intruder systems separately under lots 1 and 2, or if these will be awarded together under lot 3. If awarded separately under lots 1 and 2, lot 3 will not be awarded and vice versa. Please note, due to the legal set up of the relationship between the College and Trust, the successful supplier(s) will be required to enter into separate contracts for both the College and the Trust regardless of which lot(s) is/are awarded.
