Explanation:

Fife Council requires to procure a solution for Mobile Workforce management that the Council has had in place for a number of years. The Council requires this solution to include dynamic scheduling amongst other features and the solution must integrate with a number of the Council's back office solutions. The Council believe there is only one supplier who can provide this.The attached document gives further details of the requirement.

Therefore Fife Council are using the negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice. Public Contract Scotland Regulations 2015 reg 33(b)
