Description
Conwy County Borough Council wishes to appoint a suitable Supplier(s) to provide Street Lighting Assets Structural Testing within the Conwy County area. The term of the contract period will be for 4 years with an option to extend 2 years. All testing must be carried out in accordance with ILP GN22/19. Please refer to the tender documents for full details of the contract requirements.

Technical ability conditions of participation
- The organisation must be registered to the Highway Electrical Registration Scheme (HERS)
- All employees working on the Conwy County Borough Council network must hold a valid Electrotechnical Certification Scheme (ECS) card.
- All employees must hold a valid training certificate for NRSWA Signing, Lighting and Guarding.
- All employees must be must hold valid certification for G39-Working in the vicinity of DNO/IDNO equipment.

Justification for not publishing a preliminary market engagement notice
Conwy County Borough Council has not undertaken any preliminary engagement with market suppliers. This is due to officers already having a good understanding of the market and the project requirements.
