The V&A is seeking to procure an AV integrator to supply & integrate AV hardware to the V&A East project. This contract also includes the provision of custom software, and a defect liability period of one year from practical completion.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement
Requirements include the specification, supply and installation of c. 30no individual AV hardware installations across 2no sites which are both based in Stratford, London. The installations included vary in size and type; including (but not limited to) audio-only exhibits, video wall installations, meeting/conference room equipment, digital signage solutions and LED ticker-style. The contractor is also required to supply AV control systems and work closely with the client to develop and build such systems. As well as the supply, integration and installation of all equipment, the contractor is required to ‘free issue’ a suite of spares and ‘flexible use’ equipment which the client can use within some areas that have been designed to be used in a flexible nature. The integrator will also need to supply suitable training to V&A staff following the installation as well as an O&M manual for all installations.
