The Ministry of Justice requires train the trainer training to deliver a Trauma Risk Management (TRiM) manager and Practitioner training to two trainers from HMPPS, providing support, the course including the slide set and material, refresher packages for the HMPPS TRiM Trainer Expert Advisors to deliver within the prisons and annual assurance. HMPPS will require a 5 year licence to use the TRiM Manager and Practitioner training. In the event a new HMPPS TRiM trainer is recruited an induction package will be required as well as providing a BTEC qualification in level 5 TRiM.

The contract term will be 5 years, shall be non-exclusive. The Authority does not guarantee volumes and indicative volumes provided are subject to fluctuation, future policy change and budgetary constraints
