The successful auction provider will need to provide a fully managed service, this will include but not be limited to:
-Arranging vehicle collection either by car transporter or driven from any Trust location or third party workshop within Wales
-Complete all entry forms and set reserve values that maximise the return to the Trust
-Carry out repairs to the vehicles as required to maximise sales returns.
-Provide all documents to the Trust electronically
-Provide storage facilities of Trust vehicles until disposal value has been achieved
-Provide the appropriate audience for the disposal of emergency ambulance vehicles
All Emergency Ambulances, Rapid Response cars, Patient Transport vehicles and Specialist Emergency vehicles that are sold to buyers not eligible to operate them intact must be fully decommissioned, this includes removal of all blue lights, exterior lighting, sirens, reflective livery and all other identifying markings found on an emergency vehicle.
