Sellafield Ltd is developing its contracting strategy for the replacement of the current Infrastructure Services Alliance (ISA) Contract, to be known as Infrastructure Delivery Partnership (IDP). The IDP will deliver infrastructure projects and tasks on the Sellafield Site, Cumbria.

Infrastructure Delivery Partnership (IDP) Market Engagement Phase 1 September 2021

Sellafield Ltd is planning to go to market in quarter two of calendar year 2022 to procure the services of:

• Strategic Partner - Provides strategic front-end definition and project sequencing services, undertakes feasibility studies and initial engineering design, undertakes should-cost modelling, supports Sellafield Ltd in production of business cases, supports commissioning and embedding capabilities into business as usual and provides knowledge transfer into Sellafield Ltd.

• 3 Delivery Partners - Completes detailed design and all procurement, installation, construction, commissioning and handover activities that form part of delivery.

o High-voltage electrical - Deliver work packages related to improving the high-voltage electrical distribution network covering distribution, generation and substations.

o Utilities - Deliver work packages related to the steam, water, chemical and compressed air networks and general mechanical work

o Civils and general - Deliver work packages related to the road and rail network, pipe bridges and ducts, excavation and general civils work
