This Prior Information Notice (“PIN”) has been published by the Procurement and Logistics Service (“PaLS”) Regional Business Services Organisation (“BSO”) on behalf of the Trust. Three previous PIN’s were issued in respect of this tender for the provision of Domiciliary Care Services in the Trust area (Notice reference: 2024/S 000-005518, Notice reference: 2023/S 000-006485 and Notice reference: 2023/S 000-015821) available on (Find. a Tender (find-tender.service.gov.uk)). The purpose of this PIN is to provide an update to the market in respect of the anticipated advertisement of this procurement. IT IS ANTICIPATED THAT THE TENDER WILL BE ADVERTISED LATE AUGUST TO EARLY SEPTEMBER 2024. This notice relates to the planned procurement of services classified as ‘Social and Other Specific Services’ under Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (“the PCR”) which will be subject to the provisions of Chapter 3, section 7 of the PCR, otherwise known as the Light Touch Regime (“LTR”). Please note, the ‘Estimated date of publication of contract notice’ in Section II.3) of this notice is estimated and is subject to change. This notice has been placed for advertising purposes only.
