As a whole school programme, the PATHS Programme seeks to change / build upon a school's culture through a partnership with Primary School staff and parents. An evidence-based social and emotional learning programme delivered by class teachers that focus on 5 key domains of social and emotional development:

- Self-Control, Emotional Understanding, Positive Self-Esteem, Relationships and Interpersonal Problem-Solving Skills.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

NHS Cheshire and Merseyside ICB - St Helens Place intend to award a 2 year contract with an option to extend for 1 year via Direct award C to incumbent provider to deliver the PATHS Programme within participating Primary Schools in St Helens. The contract will start on 1st September 2025, expires on 31st August 2027 and has an option to extend for 1 year.

On the 27th March 2025 St Helens Place Leadership Team approved this decision and no conflicts of interested were declared.
