The NHS Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Board are looking to engage with interested parties of non-emergency patient transport services (NEPTS). This notice is to invite interested organisations to attend a NEPTS workshop on the 27th September 2022.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

The Non-Emergency Patient Transport Services (NEPTS) are due to be recommissioned by the NHS Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Board (SNEE ICB) at a time of considerable change in the way in which health and social care services are being commissioned and delivered. The NEPTS services are also expected to develop and deliver differently in order to adapt to the changing health and social care landscape and to deliver the national requirements which have been released.The SNEE ICB want to better understand the changing landscape from all perspectives before looking to recommission the NEPTS and are therefore holding an engagement event with all parties interested in the service. This will include local stakeholders, such as Acute Trusts, Commissioners, Service Users, Voluntary and Community Sector partners and NEPTS Providers.
