For the avoidance of doubt the following is applicable against the clinical neutral vendor managed services; for "in-sourced" provision of services consumable goods/items and maintenance elements are to be sourced from the Towers. It is not intended for the framework to be used an alternative route to market for these elements against the provision of in-sourced clinical neutral vendor managed services. Whilst we cannot mandate Trusts to use the Towers as a supply route, we will expect Bidders/Providers to consider these out of scope against in-sourced clinical neutral vendor managed services. This does not apply to "out-sourced" (not on Trust's premises) clinical neutral vendor managed services.
