two.1.4) Short description

Luton wishes to tender the Cleaning Services Contract for a three year period with a provision to extend the contract for an additional period up to twenty four months dependent of the successful contractor’s performance.

The Council is looking to tender two separate contracts to cover the required cleaning service.

These being:

• Lot one – Housing. Cleaning of communal areas in low rise and high rise blocks of flats, sheltered housing, communal facilities on a caravan site and office touch down bases (specific details below).

• Lot two – Corporate & Community Buildings. Cleaning to include offices, depots, libraries, community centres, museums, crematorium & registry office (specific details below).

The tenderer can bid for one or both contracts. If bidding for both LOTS please complete both LOT 1 & LOT 2 bidder Quality Response document & Pricing Schedule

The vision for the Council is to work in partnership with the successful contractor(s) to deliver a first rate successful, quality & economical cleaning service.
