Birmingham Airport is not required to adopt the Utilities Contract Regulations (UCR), however, it has chosen to voluntarily follow a procurement process that is similar to the Competitive Dialogue Process as set out in the UCR in order to deliver good practice and fairness, transparency and equal treatment.Birmingham Airport reserves the right to cancel this procurement exercise at any point and should this right be exercised the Airport will not accept liability for any costs incurred by any party that has expressed an interest in this opportunity.
