• Project and Solution Delivery and Implementation Services: Delivery model focused on an outcome-based approach and fixed-price projects reducing the T&M churn and driving greater ownership with the supplier end to end which will reduce shadowing. This will also allow for augmentation of resources to deliver and implement the services both onshore and offshore allowing for a quicker response to demand.
• Testing Services (as part of project and solution delivery): Specific testing services using an outcome-based approach, reducing T&M, and driving greater ownership end to end.
• Support Services:
To enable the business to respond to ad-hoc support requirements in IT operations and provide more technical and commercial flexibility in response to the growing number of solutions being delivered
