The CPC are looking to amalgamate the two existing Insurance frameworks that are due to expire shortly and therefore carrying out some Pre Market Engagement. Aware that members require a bespoke offering there will still be a clear distinction between the services offered via a lotting structure. Suppliers will be able to select the relevant lot(s) they wish to tender for that will likely follow a similar structure to below

Lot 1: Insurances and Associated Services for Colleges

Lot 2: Academies and Schools Comprehensive Insurance Cover & Service Provision

Lot 3: Academies and Schools All Covers not included in the Risk Protection Arrangement (RPA)

We have made the decision to align the existing frameworks with the current Colleges framework end date meaning the framework will be live from 1st February 2025.

This lot will be to provide insurance for Academies, Multi-Academy Trusts, Maintained Schools and Free Schools. Insurance products and support services are available directly from insurers or via specialist insurance brokers.

Members will be able to obtain Comprehensive Insurance Cover & Service Provision through Lot 2 as an alternative to the DfE Risk Protection Arrangement (RPA).
