The choice to use existing transport networks rather than specifically contracted routes has been undertaken due to the complexity of the Colleges travel to learn patterns and requirements for students to be able to travel into College in line with their timetable.
After considering the market there are only two operators that offer network transport with coverage and regular services that cover the geography of the College’s learners.
