Description of how multiple lots may be awarded:
Tenderers may submit proposals for as many Lots as they wish. However, they may only be awarded a total of two contracts. If a bidder receives the highest overall score in more than two Lots, the Council will reserve the right to award a maximum of two contracts based on the outcome of a specific technical evaluation question (1C) relating to the distance of the bidders registered office to be used for the delivery of the service from the service delivery location.
