two.2.4) Description of the procurement
The service providers will be responsible for the following as part of the Water Treatment Management Services contract let under this framework. All works to be performed to be in line with all relevant standards and regulations, to ensure high standards of safety and performance throughout the duration of any call off contract period from this Framework. The main requirements under the EEM Framework is to provide the services below that can deliver safe water delivery for its members, to be readily available across the all the areas that we cover either by direct award or via mini competition. •Carry out monthly, quarterly, six monthly and annual Legionella control tasks as described in the HSG274 Part 2 – Control of Legionella Bacteria in Water Systems. •Review existing water quality risk assessments and amend/update as required. •Carry out new water quality risk assessments where required and instructed by the member. •Producing and implementing a regime of bacteria sampling to detect Legionella, e-coli and any other water bound bacteria. •TMV Works •Cleaning and Disinfecting of Water Storage Tanks •Carry out preventive works following assessments. •Waste water treatment works, including treatment monitoring and compliance limits. •And other associated system or similar that delivers water.
