The service will provide 7 Counsellors for depression and 3 step 1 counsellors WTE (Whole time Equivalent) who are qualified staff to deliver the service. Staff will be co-located within the service team structure. Staff will be expected to work towards meeting waiting list and treatment targets of the service collectively.
