Explanation:
Medray UK Ltd are the only company who can carry out the services relating to Carestream X-ray Support and Maintenance Contract on technical grounds.
Medray, as business partners to Carestream Health, have access to the remote device system that allows Medray to interrogate the device and analyse logs to solve problems and seek manufacturers support for difficult problem solving.
Medray have the benefit of a spare parts agreement with Carestream.
Medray’s engineers have been trained directly by the manufacturer to ensure the engineer is competent to maintain the equipment, is authorised and certified to maintain and repair the equipment by manufacturer, as is a stated requirement in the Instructions for use (IFU) for these medical devices.
