Participation in the engagement exercise is not a mandatory requirement for participating in any potential future procurement; however, responses received will help inform the NHS NWL ICB as to the level of interest from the market and may be used to evidence a decision as to whether or not to undertake a competitive procurement.
Following this PIN and procurement it is NHS NWL ICB's intention to establish a contract agreement for up to three years, with the option to extend for further two years, with Service Commencement from 1st April 2023.
