Changeworks is uniquely placed to provide objective support towards the development of energy specific elements of housing strategy, investment and advice. The current arrangement with Changeworks allows the Housing Strategy Team access to a network of expertise, including technical support, statistical analysis, advice, communications, and behaviour change and policy development. There are other benefits, such as Changeworks being an impartial organisation able to carry out research and gather householder feedback on Council led energy efficiency projects.
