Legal services Framework Agreement for Shire Housing Association. It is intended that the most economically advantageous tenderer with be appointed as the Associations legal services provider. The second ranked supplier will be appointed as a reserve supplier and will be used if the principal supplier cannot act for the Association for any reason including but not limited to a real, perceived or apparent conflict of interest.

- Major Infrastructure, Commercial Projects and Related Litigation

- Property and Related Matters
