Description

DBT have a requirement to develop a 'Regulation 101' and a follow-on 'Intro to Business Regulation' modular programme to be piloted from w/c 30th June, with the key objectives to enable DBT colleagues:

• To develop a clear understanding of key legal and regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements for businesses.

• To develop a clear understanding of regulatory bodies and their roles.

• To understand the impact of regulation on business activities (encompassing impacts for small, medium and large enterprises and utilising case studies to bring this to life).

• To be able to identify opportunities to support business growth and innovation.

To consider future trends in regulation.

Award criteria

Tenders shall be evaluated using the Most Economically Advantageous Tender methodology. This will be determined according to the Price per Quality Point (PQP) method. If the Authority chooses to award the Contract, the Authority shall award the Contract to the compliant Tender that obtains the lowest price per weighted quality point score.
