As part of this Prior Information Notice, the Council is undertaking a Pre Procurement Market Engagement (PPME) exercise. The Pre-Procurement Market Engagement documents are available from the 02/08/2023 until the 27/09/2023 (the deadline for responses is 12 Noon 27/09/2023 via https://www.eastmidstenders.org. The Council
will consider the input and responses received as part of the PPME to help inform the Council's options and further decision making. Should the Council decide to progress with a formal procurement process a Contract Notice will be published. Following publication of the Contract Notice, the Invitation to tender documents will be available via https://www.eastmidstenders.org.
