The Trust is delivering the Reducing Veteran Homelessness Programme on behalf of the Office for Veterans' Affairs (OVA) and has awarded a number of major grants to tackle the issue of veterans experiencing homelessness (the "Programme"). The Contractor shall carry out an in-depth evaluation of the Programme which shall include elements of an impact assessment, process evaluation and economic evaluation.
