Watford Community Housing ("WCH") is seeking Tenders from suitably skilled and experienced suppliers for the Design, Supply & Installations of Rooftop Development under this four-year, multi-lot framework. This framework seeks to offer the benefits of bespoke rooftop developments that create the provision of additional dwellings. The framework will provide additional services to support other rooftop developments. The framework is to operate across England and Wales and will be open to all UK public sector bodies to access via a Joining Agreement between WCH, the supplier and Pretium Frameworks Ltd, who WCH has appointed to administer the framework on its behalf. The framework will comprise of 5 lots. Lot 1 will be a single supplier framework for the design and installation of the superstructure for rooftop developments. Lot 2 will be a constructor framework with a maximum of 6 constructors for the build out of rooftoop developments working in collaboration with the Lot 1 provider. Lots 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 will be for professional support services for architects, employers agents and structural engineers respectively and it is envisaged that each lot will comprise of 6 providers.
The framework will be open to any “Authorised User", which are defined as follows:
(i) any entity within the same group of companies as the Trust from time to time (a “the Trust Member”);
(ii) any entity or joint venture company that the Trust or any other the Trust Member holds an interest in from time to time (a “the Trust JV”);
(iii) any Social Housing Provider in the United Kingdom (excluding the Trust, the Trust Members and the Trust JVs);
(vi) any supply chain member of any Social Housing Provider in the United Kingdom, including direct labour organisations and suppliers (excluding the Trust, the Trust Members and the Trust JVs);
(v) any national, regional or local health authority in the United Kingdom including, without limitation, any NHS the Trust, and any organisation providing a service to these bodies;
(vi) any local or regional authority in the United Kingdom (including any arms length organisation or service provider working on their behalf) delivering any public or private sector construction related projects including, without limitation, housing, education, highways and infrastructure work; and
(vii) any service provider delivering services to any other Government Agency in the United Kingdom including, without limitation, the Ministry of Defence and the Highways Agency
and, in the case of the organisations listed in limbs (iii) to (vii) above, who has entered into an Access Agreement with the Trust.
